do action movies know they can have more than one female character

Someone should make an action movie with all girls except for one guy and have no explanation or mention of it in the movie and then pay all of the actors to act surprised like they’d never noticed when they get the inevitable storm of questions.

and the guy is always shirtless and breaking people’s necks with his thighs

A hundred years ago they used to put on a white sheet and use a bloodhound against Negroes. Today they have taken off the white sheet and put on police uniforms and traded in the bloodhounds for police dogs, and they’re still doing the same thing.

Dad: Why do you think they do that?
Girl: Because the companies who make these try to trick the girls into buying the pink stuff instead of stuff boys want to buy.

that awkward moment when a child understands the harm of forcing gender roles better than most grown male politicians.

Always reblog.

I’m surprised that I haven’t reblogged this, to be honest.

I love that last gif.  She looks so frustrated.  Like “Um, hello, obviously girls and boys can like anything why doesn’t anybody get that???”

She does have a point though..

Kids who are smarter than adults though.

Bob Ross used to be a drill sergeant but quit because he hated having to shout at people.

That at is why he always talked in such a calm voice.

Bob Ross is probably my favorite human being on television

really though

if breasts, butts and legs are so distracting to men, to the point they cant function

why aren’t they that distracting to lesbians

and at that point

why isn’t the penis bulge and legs not distracting enough to gay men to warrant men being put under the same dress codes

Here’s a novel idea: Let’s teach kids about safe sex before they have sex.

Stop deciding for others when they’re “ready” to have sex. Like it or not, teenagers are having sex (and using birth control!), and they deserve the knowledge to keep themselves healthy and safe.

Land of the free home of the rich

What really scares me is that they all have significantly cheaper health care AND education, which means Americans not only make they least, they pay the most.

…wait, what?

rich gettin’ richer, poor gettin’ poorer

Alt-text from XKCD: “I can’t remember where I heard this, but someone once said that defending a position by citing free speech is sort of the ultimate concession; you’re saying that the most compelling thing you can say for your position is that it’s not literally illegal to express.”
